I am Janelle, photographer and owner behind Janelle Rose Photography. I was born and raised in El Paso, Texas but I have lived in the Austin area for about 8 years.

In 2021, my husband and I welcomed a baby girl into our family! Being a mom has given me a new passion for family photos. Seeing how fast kids really do grow, I have become aware of how important it is to capture memories. Not just for now, but for the years and generations to come!

 

I was a software engineer for 8 years.  I have a bachelors of science degree in Computer Science from The University of Texas at El Paso’s engineering college. As my client, you can be guaranteed that your photos have been handled correctly on a technical level. Although I have left the tech industry, I still love technology and use it to shoot, edit, and deliver photos with high resolution, clear colors, and overall quality in mind! This is so important for printing and sharing your photos! ⁣
